wanted to post about MUSIC and what was the fic playlist for monsoon, but remade and updated to be more lance-centric... guess who was catching up with music releases again while organising her digital life and media :) i'm not going to stop making an insufferable playlist for probably every other fic i write even if i don't always keep them, and I was bored in between other little things i'm aimlessly floundering about on so might as well repurpose and make this one more ls18-centric.

january turned out to be a not-so-bad month even if it could be better. i think that's largely due to how i've tried taking up old hobbies and genuinely want to put effort into them for personal ambitious goals. if i didn't have this, january would be an absolutely miserable month for me due to how i've sort of naturally fallen out of fandom interests and/or am not as engaged by it, which is always the case if it's a specific interest i come back to... wayv's recent comeback and their ot6 revival makes me pleased to see but i really only now care about a pairing there with 15% 5% chance of interaction since one of them is in china, so. it's not a complaint though! i'm genuinely having fun after i've already spent prior time being begrudgingly attached to this group to be presently angry alongside the fandom now about um, certain things. also i kind of prefer the novelty that comes with rarepairs like this. it's so good for more meaningful fic narratives imo without actually having to keep up too closely with the group, which i don't really want to make the time for.

so months ago, i wanted to take three traumatized characters with childhoods that ended too soon, and wanted to write a deaging fic for them. i finished it! here are the fic notes.

a few days ago i said to myself 'hey what if i stopped writing as much and hibernate from idol rpf and from just being in any fandom for a while next year, sounds nice!!' and then over the weekend this happened. it's been so long since i wrote seventeen, and lately everything i've been trying to start in my drafts, i lose interest and grow uncommitted and/or forget i started the idea if i don't post the progress on anywhere, so this is me getting my feet wet again with their characterizations with this draft ish. over the coming weeks, i would probably have more time to flesh out something with a lot more thought and continue this 🙏🙏🙏🙏
